NoahFace Club app for iPhone and iPad

NoahFace Club enables registered clubs to improve their entry process, by: i) Personally greeting members by name, ii) Removing the need for members to show membership cards, and iii) Identifying members that are banned or have expired memberships.

In more detail:

Personalised Greetings. As members enter your premises, they will be automatically recognised using facial recognition technology, and their name and photo will be displayed on the screen. Staff will then be able to confidently greet them by name, which is a fundamental driver of engagement and loyalty.

Streamlined Entry. By removing the need for members to show their membership cards or other IDs, you will remove bottlenecks in your entry foyer during peak periods. This will improve the overall experience for both members and non-members, and contribute positively to their impression of the club.

Banned Members and Expired Memberships. Banned members and members with expired memberships will be automatically highlighted at the point of entry, allowing staff to deliver appropriate reminders or messages.

NoahFace Club can be downloaded for free, which allows you to trial the App with the internal iPad cameras and add up to 10 members. To use NoahFace Club at your club with a large number of members and an external camera you will need to purchase a subscription (which you can do through the App).
